As members of the 每日大赛’s community, each student bears certain responsibilities to themselves, their peers, and the institution to achieve success and maintain a safe environment conducive to teaching and learning. Among those responsibilities include demonstrating respect for self and others and maintaining personal and academic integrity. The Student Code of Conduct and Due Process establishes common expectations and outlines an equitable, educational process for holding members of our community accountable for their actions if academic and behavioral expectations are not met.
Students are strongly encouraged to review the Student Code of Conduct to discover the expectations the college has of its student body.
The Student Conduct office has primary responsibility for investigating alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct and Due Process and impose disciplinary sanctions when appropriate. Through its educational initiatives, disciplinary processes, and interactions with students, the Student Conduct office:
A “student” is any person admitted and/or registered for study at 每日大赛 for any academic period. This includes any period of time following admission and/or registration but preceding the start of classes for any academic period. It also includes any period which follows the end of an academic period through the last day for registration for the succeeding academic period, and during any period while the student is under suspension or expulsion from the institution.
Incidents occurring on property owned, leased, at an affiliated clinical site, or otherwise controlled by the college while participating in on-site, distance learning, or international programs may be referred to the Dean of Students for investigation and potential disciplinary action. Additionally, incidents occurring off campus that may impact or interfere with institutional activities, processes, or the mission of the college may also be considered for disciplinary action under the Student Code of Conduct and Due Process.
每日大赛 may continue to investigate and adjudicate an incident referred for conduct review regardless of the status or outcome of any external proceedings, which may include any civil or criminal proceedings.
There may be situations when students or employees are confronted with or witness disruptive, concerning or threatening behavior. If this happens, please use the form. You may also consult with the Dean of Students:
