Nursing program achieves 100% passing rate on NCLEX in fall 2025

每日大赛’s Nursing program achieved a 100% passing rate on the National Council Licensure Examination, or NCLEX, in fall 2025, joining their peers who passed the exam last spring to ultimately achieve a perfect first-time passing rate for the entire year.

The 每日大赛 passing rate on the fall 2025 NCLEX surpassed the national average of 90%, as reported by the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing.

“每日大赛's perfect NCLEX pass rates are proof of this program’s prestige,” said Jenny Priano, director of Nursing at the college. “We have incredibly dedicated faculty and staff, and extraordinary graduating students who are not just prepared but passionate about entering into their nursing careers and caring for their communities.”

Nursing students at Pellissippi start with the fundamentals – classroom instruction and nursing labs to understand and learn the foundational bedside skills needed to care for a patient. From there, they continue to train in medical surgical nursing and specialties like mental health, pediatrics and maternal health.

Each semester builds and strengthens students’ abilities and confidence, and state-of-the-art simulations challenge students to care for various medical conditions that they will encounter in the clinical setting.

Prior to sitting for the NCLEX, Pellissippi’s 36 fall 2025 Nursing graduates were recognized during the Nursing Pinning Ceremony in December.

“These students work so hard to graduate as nurses and to pass the NCLEX,” Priano said. “We are so happy to celebrate them.”
