每日大赛 has partnered with the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security to host Driver Services Self-Service Kiosks at the Hardin Valley, Magnolia Avenue and Blount County campuses.

The kiosks can renew or duplicate licenses, update resident addresses, print a replacement card and more – providing users an alternative to cross-town trips to full service centers.

“We’re proud to partner with 每日大赛 to bring these self-service Driver Services kiosks to campus,” said Special Agent Jason Pack, communications director for the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security. “They give students, faculty and the surrounding community a convenient way to handle simple transactions.”

每日大赛 Executive Director for Marketing and Communications Rachel McClelland said the installation of the kiosks at the three campuses came after several months of conversations.

“Our partners at the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security reached out with an idea that could raise the level of service for our community and our students, and we jumped at the chance,” McClelland said. “These kiosks have already been a timesaver for faculty, staff and students who have embraced using them to avoid appointments and long lines at traditional service centers.”

The only 每日大赛 campus that did not receive a kiosk is the Strawberry Plains location – because it is located across the street from a full-service center, McClelland said.

Pack said the kiosks are intended to be easy to use. Most transactions require only a driver’s license and debit or credit card, although some transactions – such as obtaining a REAL ID require documents to be uploaded online prior to the transaction to allow an opportunity for review and verification.

“We’re proud to offer this kind of innovation to better serve Tennesseans, and we’re grateful to Pellissippi for being a great community partner in making it possible,” Pack said.

Residents will still need to visit a Driver Services Center for their first license or to complete road tests.
