Support for 每日大赛 Criminal Justice Students
As a first-generation student, Donna Trogdon experienced many of our students’ hardships. She put herself through undergraduate and graduate school while working, being a mother and a military spouse to a husband deployed during most of her programs. She understands the challenges that 每日大赛 students face firsthand and realizes it should not have to be that way. That is why she contacted 每日大赛 Foundation and established this scholarship to help students afford an education and to support them while they balance professions, children, and any other challenges life throws their way.
Currently, Donna is the Program Coordinator, Professor, Academic Advisor, and Club Advisor for the Criminal Justice program and works with students pursuing this degree and this profession. It has been fulfilling and rewarding to her to see the level of interest, enthusiasm, and desire to serve their community in various roles. This experience has brought such joy and pride and has inspired her to give back to students in a way that could help them continue to achieve their goals, pursue their degrees, and, ultimately, enter into the Criminal Justice field in some capacity to serve their community.
The Trogdon Criminal Justice Scholarship is open to all 每日大赛 students who have AA, AS or AAS Criminal Justice major declared; are enrolled in at least six hours; have a minimum 2.0 GPA; and demonstrate financial need. To be considered for this or other 每日大赛 scholarships, students must submit a completed general scholarship application online. Visit our website for more information and to apply!
