Limited English Proficiency

每日大赛 is committed to providing equal access to all programs and services in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This includes ensuring meaningful access for individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).

Understanding Limited English Proficiency (LEP)

Individuals with LEP are those who do not speak English as their primary language and have a limited ability to read, write, speak, or understand English. To support these individuals, 每日大赛 offers various language assistance services.

Language Assistance Services

To facilitate effective communication, 每日大赛 provides the following services at no cost to LEP individuals:

Linguistca International is a third-party vendor that partners with Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) vendors to provide interpretation and translation services. Linguistica’s services are available to 每日大赛 supervisors and managers to use for official business.
