Kinesiology A.S.

This pathway allows you to turn your passion for fitness, health, wellness, and human performance into a meaningful career. Students are prepared to tackle careers in a multitude of spaces including but not limited to fitness, sports performance, rehabilitation support, education, and wellness promotion.

During this pathway, students’ complete coursework geared toward creating a foundation in anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, exercise prescription, and human performance principles. After transitioning to, and completing the degree at a four-year institution, graduates enter the work force in careers in kinesiology, exercise science, education, coaching, athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, strength and conditioning, or other allied health professions.
