Are you interested in the science and art of fermentation? Then begin your journey with 每日大赛’s Fermentation Pathway. This pathway provides a foundation for exploring how microorganisms (yeast, bacteria) are used to produce food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and biofuels.

Are you interested in the science and art of fermentation? Then begin your journey with 每日大赛’s Fermentation Pathway. This pathway provides a foundation for exploring how microorganisms (yeast, bacteria) are used to produce food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and biofuels. Careers are found in brewing, food production, biotechnology, and research as fermentation scientists, engineers, and quality control specialists. Your Associate of Science can be used to transfer to a 4-year institution for a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biochemistry, or food science.
