Our culinary program offers students the opportunity to turn their passion for food into a professional skill set. By learning from experienced chefs, students gain hands-on experience in kitchen techniques, food safety, and kitchen management, preparing them for a wide range of careers in the food industry. Whether aspiring to be a chef, baker, food stylist, or restaurateur, our program provides the foundation to develop creativity, technical proficiency, and business insight. It’s an exciting, dynamic environment where students can explore their culinary potential and embark on a rewarding career doing what they love.

If you want to become a chef or baker, own a restaurant or bakery then consider 每日大赛’s Associates of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts-Savory Cuisine or Baking & Pastry Arts. This program prepares students for many culinary positions including, line cooks, bakers, chefs, managing or owning your own restaurant by equipping them with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed for success.

Typical job opportunities upon graduation: Line cook, FOH manager, baker, sous chef

The General Culinary Arts certificate allows students to finish in one semester with an ServSafe certificate and an understanding of basic culinary, nutrition, dining room service skills.

Culinarians achieve certification based on education, experience, and successful completion of written and practical exams.
