Civil and Construction Engineering Technology (A.A.S.)

If you want to work in a broad and diverse range of careers related to civil engineering and construction, then consider 每日大赛’s Civil and Construction Engineering Technology program with options in Civil Engineering or Construction Science. The Construction Engineering Technology option prepares students for high-demand careers as assistants to civil engineers, developers or construction managers by equipping them with valuable skills in material and soil testing, scheduling, cost budgeting, surveying, technical reporting, teamwork, communication, and use of technology such as AutoCAD software, materials testing equipment, estimating and scheduling software to support the construction process and hands-on experience. The Construction Science option is designed to seamlessly transfer to the University of Tennessee Construction Science and Management. 

Typical job opportunities: (Insert common job placements) Construction Manager, Cost Estimator, Site/Field Engineer, Construction Materials Lab Technician, Construction and Building Inspector, Engineering Technician and Surveying Technician.
